Standard Pennant will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of item. If the item is defective or a mistake has been made you may return it for a full refund or exchange. You will be issued a RA# for returns. However, returned items will be reviewed and a determination will be made if we are at fault.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. No returns will be accepted or credited if worn or spoiled. They must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
Uniforms may be exchanged for sizing issues. However, customer will incur shipping cost for size changes. Special order products may not be returned.
